All corals are shipped with FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight.

Recommended days to ship are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in order to avoid delays as much       as possible. Corals are only shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Local pickup is available. Contact us to arrange. Free Shipping on corals is at $400. We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. If something is DEAD ON ARRIVAL you must have a picture within 1 hour of Fed Ex /   UPS dropping off the box. Must be received on first delivery attempt. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays BUT will try to make things right. If we agree to a refund you will receive store credit for the original cost of the coral. We do not credit or refund any shipping cost.
